No Child Left Behind and FERPA
In accordance with the Federal Act, No Child Left Behind, Charleston Elementary School is
required to inform all parents/guardians of how to access the professional qualifications of your
child’s teacher. You may locate this information by going to the Parent Information section of
the Bradley County Schools web page: www.bradleyschools.org. The entire faculty at Charleston
is “highly qualified” and the school office has the qualifications for each teacher.
