About Me:

My name is Lynnae Roberts and I am excited to be teaching second grade this year!  I have been teaching at Charleston Elementary School since 1997. My how the time has flown by!  I have taught 3rd grade, Kindergarten, second grade and now first grade.  I was raised in California, Florida and North Carolina.  I have lived in Tennessee for almost thirty years.  Even though I was not born in the south, I got here as fast as I could!  GO VOLS!  

I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a specialization in grades K-4.  I also have a Master’s degree from Cumberland University. 

I have three sons; two of them attended Charleston Elementary School and graduated from Walker Valley High School.  Watch out parents your children grow up so quickly!

I am looking forward to a terrific year with your children.  It is so exciting to see how much children learn each year as they grow and mature.  I am so proud to be a small part of your child’s life. Thank you for this opportunity! ☺
