Welcome to our class!

My name is Bethany Purser and I have been teaching first grade at Charleston for 16 years. I enjoy teaching, reading, Disney World, dogs, and sweet tea. I am married and have two songs who also attend Charleston. I am looking forward to working with each family in my class this year.

First Grade Supplies

4 boxes of 24 count Crayola crayons
pair of scissors (Fiskars are best)
several glue sticks (4-6)
1 box of yellow #2 pencils (Ticonderoga brand is best.)
1 pack of pencil top erasers
black dry-erase markers (both “fat” and “thin”)
1 zippered pencil pouch (no boxes, please)

Optional: Clorox wipes, Kleenex, and Ziploc bags (any size)
